ACTINI SAS enjoys a history that dates back to 60 years of designing and manufacturing complete egg processing lines (liquid and powder) ranging from 400 to 20,000 kg per hour.
As expert in egg business, we know the trend of the market is to go towards higher and higher processing levels (growing industrialization of the egg-based products, tightening of health standards related to food safety or evolution of the final customers’ ways of consuming eggs in a processed form…).
Considering that egg processing business was not the prerogative of investors or big processors, ACTINI has launched an entry level line; designed for a 8,000 eggs per hour processing capacity, the OVOCOMPACT® integrated skid is a small line really adapted to egg producers who want to enter the liquid egg business with a low first investment.
This self-contained unit gathers all the materials required to produce a high quality pasteurized egg (breaking item designed to break up to 100,000 eggs per day, cartridge filtration system, 1,000-liter storage tank, aseptic tubular pasteurizer for a treatment up to 69°C and filling unit in bottles, bag-in-box, or buckets).
Either to diversify their activities by working with food industrials in providing them with liquid eggs or to process downgraded eggs to convert them into a safe and high value product, the OVOCOMPACT® thus represents the ideal solution to start.
Pre-tested in our facility, this all-inclusive line is really affordable even for small producers; with an immediate profitability, the payback is very short.
